Updating an Existing AD Report with New ADs without Creating a Copy

Certain users may prefer to simply update an existing AD report over time without creating historical copies

For example, aircraft owners or users with a single aircraft in the system may prefer to simply update an existing report, perhaps quarterly.

To update an existing report with any new ADs without creating any copies, navigate to the AD Compliance Report you would like to update and select the Edit Pencil next to the Report Date on top.

This will bring up the "Change Report Date Tool" which will allow you to update your existing report with any new ADs but will NOT create a copy of your original report. Select "Get New ADs to Review" and select any New ADs you would like to add (if any) to your report.

Then hit "Change Report Date".

A prompt will re-check your selection. Hit "Yes" to update the report with the new ADs and the new date.
