Updating an existing AD Report with New ADs (and Creating a new Copy)

TBX allows users to quickly create an updated copy of an existing report with new ADs

Update with New ADs will update an existing report with any new ADs and component hour and keep of copy of the original report.

If you do not want to keep a copy of your report, use the Change Report Date tool.

To do so, simply navigate to an AD report and select the "Report Update Options" item in the left-hand navigation menu and click on "Update with New ADs":

In the Report Update Tool, you will be able to:

1.  Review any new ADs that have been issued between the original date of your report and the new report date and add it to your report.

2.  If your report is linked to an aircraft profile, you can also choose to update your report with the hours from your aircraft profile.  Note: Engine and Propeller S/Ns must match the aircraft profile.

Enter new report date in "New Report Date" field and click "Get New ADs and Hours to Review"

If your report is linked to an aircraft profile, you will have the opportunity to update each components hours from the hours in your aircraft profile.

By default, Update Hours is checked.  If you do not wish to update a component's hours you can uncheck the box and hours will not update.

Note: If your report is linked to an aircraft profile, but no hours options appear, it is because the serial number in the report does not match the serial number in your aircraft profile.

By default, all ADs issued between the original date of your report and the new report date will be added to your report.  Any ADs that you do not want added to your report, uncheck the box next to them and they will not be added to your report.

Click "Update Report" button
