How Updated Times Flow into AD Compliance Reports Automatically

Updating the Aircraft Profile times for aircraft, engine, and propellers will automatically populate new AD Reports

As we've mentioned before - the aircraft profile is the "heartbeat" of the AD Toolbox, driving AD Compliance reporting, maintenance workflows, and the customer relationship.

As aircraft, engine, and prop times change, we recommend changing them directly in your aircraft profile (keeping it "current") to allow the times to automatically update the next report you create.

For example, let's assume you did an annual last year on a Cessna 172 @ 4600.1 ACTT:

When this aircraft comes back, the new ACTT time is 4,802.5. You can update it in the profile area. If you select "Create New Report" in the AD Compliance area of the profile, it will automatically populate the times in the Report Prep for you:
