Creating an Appliance Only AD Compliance Report

1. Create a new Aircraft Profile
2. Instead of using an N#, just type "Exp" in the manufacture field and click search by aircraft
3. Click the "+ Profile" button on the far right to create the "Experimental Aircraft" profile
4. Click the Pencil next to the words "Experimental Aircraft" to edit that information.
5. Change the information to what you want: 
   
   1. Enter the SN
   2. Enter the Manufacturer
   3. Enter the Model number
6. Enter or edit the hours if you are concerned with time tracking
7. Click save
8. Click the Equipment Tab and enter the Magneto information into the fields. (This will place the item on the Appliance list of the report which returns you to the report
9. Select an verify the Equipment List information saved.
10. Click on Actions button for the AD Report and click "+ Create New Report"
11. This takes you to the report.
12. Now you can select the "Action" Button for the Appliance Section just below the "propeller" info.
13. Choose "Select Appliance AD's"
14. Look for the "Search Field" at the top on the far right and enter the model number you are looking for:   for instance, "S-20"; the list shortens to about 4 ADs. You could also search for "Bendix Magnetos" to assure all of them show here.
15. Check the boxes on the right that correlate to the ADs you wish to add to the list.
16. Then click the purple "Add" button at the top of the check box column.
17. This will place all the ad's you wanted into the report and take you back to the report.

From there it is the same as any other report. And by using the S-20 Mag as the N#, you can search for that on the Member Dashboard tables.
