Adding/ Removing Customer in Aircraft Profiles

How do I add a customer or registered owner to an Aircraft Profile?  How do I remove a customer or registered owner from an Aircraft Profile?

To add or assign a customer/ registered owner to an Aircraft Profile, the customer must already exist in your customers list.  To add a customer to your customers list, click here for instructions.

In your Aircraft Profile, click the Customer tab.

Click the purple + button

In the left box "Select Customer to Assign to this Aircraft Profile", click the + Assign button next to the customer you want to add to your Aircraft Profile.

To change the status of a customer or registered owner to Primary Customer, click the Make Primary button next to the customer in the "Customers Already Assigned to this Aircraft Profile" box.

What does marking a customer or registered owner as Primary Customer do?

When a customer or registered owner is marked as Primary Customer, this is the only customer that will import into forms, work orders, invoices, quotes and estimates.  All customers assigned to an Aircraft Profile will import into an AD Compliance Report.

To remove a customer or registered owner from an Aircraft Profile, click the red - Remove link next to the customer or registered owner you want to remove.
