In order to provide are more customizable experience and enhance the flow of aircraft times between aircraft profiles and our other applications in TBX, we needed to migrate your existing aircraft times.
Previously, Work Orders, Quotes/ Estimates, and Invoices had the following hours types: ACTT, TTE, TTP, Tach, Hobbs and Misc.
During the migration process, any of these hours types that had data in them were migrated to the new hours fields.
In the event that the data in the field was not a number, the data is stored in the Notes column in Edit Components
The notes values for these historical hours will display on your Invoice, Work Order, Quote, or Estimate.
Data for historical hours stored in the Notes will print.
Data for historical hours stored in the Notes will not transfer to newly converted Work Orders, Invoices, Quotes/Estimates or Logbook Service Records.
If you want this capability, you will need to add a value to the Time field in the Edit Components page.
