Using the Aircraft Registry

The AD Toolbox makes it easy for users for easy reference, building aircraft profiles and creating customers

The U.S. aircraft registry, managed by FAA, maintains information on civil aircraft to facilitate aviation safety, security, and commerce. FAA issues aircraft registrations to individuals and entities that meet eligibility requirements (such as U.S. citizenship or permanent legal residence).

We allow users to search the aircraft registry by N-number, Serial number, make/model, or owner. To search the aircraft registry, navigate to the "Aircraft Registry" category on the left side Navigation Menu and select search type.

For example, if we wanted to look up a specific owner, we might search their last name (i.e., "Gorelick"):

We might search a specific make or model, i.e. the "CL-415", which if we select shows us the registered owners:

If we search the N-Number ( i.e., "N32MJ"), we would get:

From here, we can create an aircraft profile by clicking on "Add Aircraft Profile"

This action will also prompt us if we want to create the customer profile as well - which can be done by checking the box and adding first name / last name as required.
