Uploading a Parts List to TBX
We offer users the ability to upload their parts list
If you are already using a parts/inventory database or have the ability to export that list to a .csv or .xlsx format, we can upload those parts to your inventory & parts section.
For each part, the following attributes can be uploaded:
- Part Name (max characters: 200)
- Part # (max characters: 200)
- S/N (max characters: 40)
- Alternative Part # (max characters: 150)
- Location (max characters: 100)
- Condition (max characters: 100)
- Cost (to you) (decimal)
- Retail Price (decimal)
- Quantity In Stock (Number up to two decimal places. Note: only if you have inventory tracking turned on).
An attribute that you do not want uploaded, leave blank.
