User preferences for the AD Toolbox are stored in the "My Profile" section of the site. To access and update this information, navigate to the upper right hand corner of the screen and click the little icon next to your email and select "My Profile":
Here, you will be able to edit profile information and user preferences. These include:
- Email Address (unable to change - you must call or email us)
- Password: update your password here
- IA Info: Update or add IA info
- Address: Update any address changes here
- Phone: Update any phone number changes here
- Company logo: Update logos used in logbook records here
- Company Name: Update your company name as needed
- Currency: Update currency symbol for your country here
- Thousands Separator: Update for comma or period
- Sales Tax: Flag to calculate sales taxes
- Auto-calculate sales tax: flag to auto calculate sales taxes
- Default tax rate: set a default tax rate (as needed)
- Display Company Name and Logo: Flag to display it on reports
- Inventory Tracking: Turn on if you want to use the inventory / parts tracking features within the AD Toolbox. Once "On", we do not recommend turning it "Off"
