Update IA Names/Cert #s on All AD Compliance Report Line Items

Users can update the name of the IA/A&P and the certificate numbers on all the lines of the AD Report Prep

One question we get on AD Reporting is "How do I update or remove the IA name and certificate number on the AD compliance line items?"

Within the AD Report Prep page, users have the ability to change and update this in multiple ways:

  1. Update the cover page with the name of the person who prepared the report
  2. Update ALL the names and certificate #'s across all line items in one swoop
  3. Remove ALL the names and certificate #s across all line items in one swoop

To accomplish the above, within the AD Report Page, navigate to the "Report By" section in the upper right and click on the blue pencil icon:

A window will pop-up with a dropdown that lists all the users on the account. Once a name is selected, you can

  1. Add that name to ALL the AD records in the report (checkbox)
  2. Remove the IA name/cert from ALL report lines (Red Button)

If you choose to change the info - click the "Save Changes" button.

If you choose to REMOVE the IA name/cert, click the "Remove IA Name/Cert from ALL Repot Lines" red button.

If you made any changes in error, don't panic: you can always re-add, or edit it again.

 

If you wish to show an IA/A&P name that is not on the dropdown, you can either manually enter their name, or you can purchase an additional user to add the name to the dropdown.
