Updating a Weight and Balance Form (W&B Revision)
Users can update an existing W&B form
After an initial weight and balance form is created, as items are installed and/or uninstalled on the aircraft, you can revise the existing W&B form to account for these changes. Note: If you want to update a paper copy W&B form, see how to do that here.
1. To update a W&B form already created within TBX, open the aircraft profile and navigate to any existing W&B form (Or under the Forms & Checklists item on the left side navigation menu).
Once you open the W&B form, click on "W&B Revision" at the top of the page:

2. This will open up the W&B Revision page where you can add revisions to the aircraft (i.e. major or minor alterations, STCs, etc...). The page will already be populated with aircraft information and the previous useful load information (in the "As Received" box)
Click the blue pencil icon to add in the FWD and AFT CG values from the TCDS.

3. Enter the values and click "Save Changes"

4. Add Revision line items by clicking the "+Add" button

Enter the item description, weight and arm and click "Save Changes"

5. Now the updated Weight and Balance info is calculated. New Useful Load = Maximum Allowable Weight - (Sum of all Weights from the original Weight & Balance Form AND the Revisions)

6. Once completed, you can click the print icon
to print the revised W&B:
