After an initial weight and balance form is created, as items are installed and/or uninstalled on aircraft, you have the ability to revise the existing W&B form for these changes. Note: If you want to update a paper copy W&B form, see how to do that here.
To update a W&B form already created within TBX, open the aircraft profile and navigate to any existing W&B form (either through an Aircraft Profile or under the Forms/Checklists item on the left side navigation menu).
Once you open the W&B form, click on the "W&B Revision" button in the upper right:
This will open up the W&B Revision page where you can add revisions to the aircraft (i.e. major or minor alterations, STCs, etc...). Add revision items (weights and arms).
Once completed, you can click the print icon 
to print the revised W&B:
All W&B forms, if tied to aircraft profiles, will appear under the W&B section of the Aircraft profile for easy access and historical continuity. W&B forms, like most other forms, can also be Archived to make it easier to keep the most current at the forefront.
