Important information on what to do and expect once my data is migrated to TBX.
First Steps:
My Profile set up
Click on My Profile on the left-hand navbar.
1. Check/ Set up your IA Info Cert #.
Check to make sure the Cert # is the number you want to display on all your reports and forms. If not, click on the blue pencil icon, update the cert #, and click Save button.
If you have multi-users (additional account users), this can be the cert number for the account holder or even your repair station id. Setting up additional account holder instructions, click here.
2. Check your IA Info Name. This is the name that will display on AD Compliance Reports and forms.
If you need to change the IA Info Name, please click on Contact Us on the left-hand navbar.
Select "Other". In Additional Comments let us know that you need to change your IA Name and what your want it changed to. Click "Report" button. Note: It may take up to 24 hours for us to make the change.
3. Check your company info such as company name, address, telephone number. This is the information that will appear on reports, forms, work orders, quotes, and invoices. If you need to edit any of the information, click the blue pencil icon and make the necessary changes.
4. Change your password. If you are logging in for the first time using the temporary password that was emailed to you, please change your password to something you can easily remember. To change your password, click the blue pencil icon next to password.
Enter your new password. It must be at least 6 characters with 1 number. Click "Change Password" button.
If password reset was successful , a green "Password has been successfully changed" message will appear.
5. If you are a multi-user account, you should have the same amount of licenses as you did in IA7. Check your amount of licenses by clicking on My Users on the left-hand navbar.
If you are a multi-user account and you do not see "My Users", please click Contact Us on the left-hand navbar and let us know.
To check the number of licenses, # of # Allowed Users is displayed at the top of the My Users page.

Where are my reports?
1. If your report contained an Airframe, we have created an Aircraft Profile for that aircraft. Reports will be located in the AD Compliance Reports table inside your Aircraft Profile.
Click the "View" link next to your aircraft in the Aircraft Profiles table on the Member Dashboard.
AD Compliance Reports are located in the AD Compliance Report table of the Aircraft Profile.
2. If your report did not have an airframe, your reports are located in AD Compliance Reports. The AD Compliance Reports table is the second table on your Members Dashboard.
Click "View" next to the AD Compliance Report your would like to view.
Where are my forms?
Forms are located in Documents. Click "Documents" on the left-hand navbar.
NOTE: if you are a Safari user, forms may not render correctly. It is recommended that you use Firefox instead.
