Transfer Discrepancy

How do I transfer a discrepancy to a different work order.

Note: Work Order must be linked to an Aircraft Profile to use this function.

Go to the discrepancy you want to transfer and select "Transfer Discrepancy" link on the top right of the page.

From the Select a Work Order dropdown list, select the work order to which you want to transfer the discrepancy.  Note: Archived Work Orders will not appear in this list.

Click "Transfer Discrepancy" button.

What will be transferred?

  1. Discrepancy/ Corrective Action
  2. Parts linked to the Discrepancy
  3. Labor in the discrepancy
  4. Images
  5. Documents

If a work order element is linked the discrepancy and that element is not in the work order to which you are transferring, the work order element will be created.
