Set Your Own
Scroll to the bottom of the Left Nav bar and click on your Email Address. Then click on "My Profile"
Click the blue pencil next to "Default Hourly Labor Rate"
Set your rate, then click "Save Changes"
Set your Additional Users
Scroll to the bottom of the Left Nav Bar and click on your Email Address. Click "My Users"
Click the edit button of the User you want to edit
Enter "Default Hourly Labor Rate" and click "Save Changes"
