We often get calls from users who forgot their password and need help resetting it.
To do so, click on the "Forgot Password" link below the login screen:
It will then ask you to enter your email address - enter it and hit "Send".
Check your email inbox and click on the reset password link in the email. (Note: If you don't see it right away, check your spam folder!):
It will prompt you to re-enter your email address and a new password and hit "Reset".
Now you can login with your new password.
