Preparing your Avant Report for Import

Instructions to import your Avant AD Compliance Report into TBX

  1. Get your CSV File from your Avant AD Compliance Report
    1. Go to your AD Compliance report in Avant
    2. PLEASE NOTE! You must have a Serial Number on each of your Engines and Propellers
    3. Once your Serial Numbers are in, verify that all of your data is correct and how you want it to be imported.
    4. Click on the "Save As" button
    5. Click on the "Save as type" Dropdown and select Comma-delimited text files (.csv)
    6. Name the file and save it where you would like it to be stored

  2. Set up an Aircraft Profile (Go Here for help on doing this)
    1. PLEASE NOTE! Make sure to follow the directions in the link above for adding Engine(s) and Propeller(s).
    2. PLEASE NOTE! You must also add the proper Serial Numbers to each Engine and Propeller
      1. Click on the pencil icon next to the Engine/Propeller
      2. Enter the Serial Number and then click "Save Changes"
      3. Click "Back to Aircraft Profile"
  3. In your Aircraft Profile on the right below Engines, Propellers, and Equipment there is a box that says AD Compliance Report. At the top right of that, there is a drop down button that says "Actions". Click on that, and then click on the "Import Avant Report" button
  4. Choose your file, then click "Upload" 
  5. Once it says "File Uploaded Successfully" your AD Report has been generated. You can find this in the "My Reports" Section or in your Aircraft Profile under your AD Compliance Reports
