Next Due Tracker

Use the Next Due Tracker to create next due reports and reminders on upcoming maintenance actions.

The Next Due Tracker calculates and displays when each maintenance action, component interval, or compliance item is expected to come due next. It continuously evaluates the latest usage data (hours, cycles, RIN, landings, or calendar dates) and determines:

  • The next due value for each tracked interval

  • How much time or usage remains before the item becomes due

  • A percentage of time remaining, so users can quickly spot items approaching their limits

  • Priority ordering, helping teams focus on the most urgent upcoming tasks

To create a new next due item to track:

  • Navigate to the Aircraft Profile
  • Click on the Actions Button of the Next Due Tracker table
  • Select Create Next Due
Fill out the information on the Add Next Due Item page

How does updating Aircraft Profile Times affect next due tracker items?

  • Time Remaining (or other metrics) is updated along with its corresponding Component's hours/metrics. For example, if we update "Landings" on the aircraft profile, the change will be seen in the next due items linked to that aircraft profiles hours/cycles.

To Update your Aircraft Profile Times:

  1. On any Aircraft Profile, Click on the Blue Pencil icon next to Aircraft Time:

This page contains ALL of your Aircraft Components, including Airframe, Engine(s), Propeller(s), and Equipment
  2. Edit your Aircraft Profile Times, then click "Save Changes"

In this example, we will change Landings from 65 to 68
  3. Your Next Due Tracker's Time Remaining is now updated to reflect the current Aircraft Profile Times
