In order to import your MTrax data into TBX, you will **need** the following: - An **account** with **TBX** - Your login in **credentials to TBX** - **Admin** access to the computer with MTrax installed - The **MTrax Export** tool **How to get a TBX account?** If you do not have an account with TBX, register for a Free Trial by [clicking here](https://members.airworthy.com/Account/FreeTrial). If you have an account but cannot remember your password, [click here](https://members.airworthy.com/Account/ForgotPassword). **Installing MTrax Export tool** MTrax Export Tool will be available for download on **Oct 5, 2026**.  A link will be emailed to your email address on record.  If you do not receive your email by Oct 7, 2026, please check your spam folder or contact our customer success team at support@airworthy.com. **Importing MTrax data to TBX using the MTrax Export tool** When you open MTrax Export tool, the tool will locate your MTrax data based on your MTrax configuration file.  **MTrax user** is the name of your computer **Database file** is the location of your MTrax data based on your MTrax program settings. ![](https://help.airworthy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-30-2026-02-11-04-6244-PM.png?width=670&height=683&name=image-png-Sep-30-2026-02-11-04-6244-PM.png) **Save export to** is the location on your computer where you want save the exported files from your MTrax as backup.  **Note**: You will lose access to the MTrax program, so it important that you select a location on your computer where you can find these files if you ever need them. ![](https://help.airworthy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-30-2026-02-11-44-6801-PM.png?width=670&height=683&name=image-png-Sep-30-2026-02-11-44-6801-PM.png) If you want your **backup** files to be **saved** to a **different location** than is specified in Save Export to, click the **Browse** button to change this location. Click **Upload to TBX** button ![](https://help.airworthy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-30-2026-02-12-57-3365-PM.png?width=670&height=678&name=image-png-Sep-30-2026-02-12-57-3365-PM.png) Your MTrax data will be set up for import to TBX and saved to the back up location specified in Save export to. If you see "**MTrax:** " in your manufacturer or model name of your aircraft profile, it is because TBX could not match your aircraft to a TBX aircraft. To resolve this issue, [create a new aircraft profile](https://help.airworthy.com/how-to-create-an-aircraft-profile?hsLang=en) with the **same tail number**.  Once the aircraft profile is created with the correct TBX aircraft, you can **copy your MTrax data** from the original aircraft profile **to the newly created aircraft profile** by following [these directions](https://help.airworthy.com/copy-next-due-tracker-items-to-another-aircraft-profile?hsLang=en). -
