Link an AD Report to an Aircraft Profile

How to link AD reports to Aircraft Profiles

In TBX, we recommend creating AD Reports from Aircraft Profiles.  This keeps all documentation organized and saves time by automatically adding all aircraft components and times to AD reports.

If you have created an AD report from "AD Search" on the Navigation Menu, it would not be linked to any Aircraft Profile.  If you would now like to link the AD report to the Aircraft Profile, you can do so.

To link an AD Report to an Aircraft Profile, navigate to an Aircraft Profile and in the AD section and click on the "Actions" Button and then select "Link AD Compliance Report":

Then link any applicable AD reports you would like to the Aircraft Profile. Note: they must have the same N-Number as the aircraft profile for aircraft to show up.

Click the link icon to link the profile, and you will then see it appear on the aircraft profile in the AD Compliance Report section.

Notes on troubleshooting: If you don't see the report as a linked item, here is what you might check:

  1. The N-Number of the AD Report doesn't match the N-number for the aircraft profile. Double check they are EXACTLY the same, i.e. N64962 vs. 64962
  2. Make sure you are on the appropriate aircraft profile
