How to merge my customers?

Handling duplicated customers by merging one customer with another.

Note: Only active customers can be merged.

1. View to the Customer that you want to retain.

2. Click "Merge Customer" link.

3. Select the Customer you want to merge

Note:  In the case of duplicated customers, the retained customer will not be in the Select Customer to Merge Into list.

4. The selected customer will be merged into the Retained Customer.

5. Click purple "Merge" button

6. Read the information modal.

7. If you don't want to proceed with the merge, click "Cancel".

8. If you want to proceed with the merge, check the acknowledgement box.

9. Click purple "Merge" button.

10. Once merge is complete, you will be returned to the View Customer page for the merged record.
