How to enlarge font, improve viewing, and other tips & tricks
Proper computer settings can be changed to improve usability of the site
Depending on your computer, monitor, and connection speed - some settings can be changed to improve the usability (and viewability) of the website. For example, you may want to increase the font size on any of the pages within TBX (forms, LSR, dashboard, profiles, etc). Here are some tips and tricks to improve usage:
Zooming in to increase font size on any page:
- If you are on a Mac: hold command and hit the "+" button to zoom in. Hold command and hit the "-" button to zoom out.
- If you are on a PC: hold the Ctrl button and hit the "+" 2x (Ctrl + +). Hold Ctrl and hit "-" 2x to zoom out (Ctrl - -)
Increasing the view window:
- You may want to use the full screen mode to get better viewing area. You can hit F11 on a PC or click the enlarge to full screen button in the upper left hand corner of the window.
Optimizing your browser:
- Some browsers have trouble printing pdfs or have been known to cause printing issues (forms, LSRs, etc.) - if you are having printer issues, try printing the pdf in Chrome - this is the most reliable web browser.
