Enabling and Navigating DGAC Reports

How to enable and operate DGAC Report specific items.

What is the DGAC Style Report?

It is a style report with certain extra data as required by foreign repair stations.  The extra data that is added is as follows:

  1. Remanent
  2. Service Bulletin information directly in an AD line item
  3. Connection between a service bulletin report line Item and an AD report line item.
  4. Landscape print template that includes this extra information as well as signature lines at the end of both the AD section and Service Bulletin section of the AD Compliance Report.

To enable DGAC Style Report, click the "Show DGAC Options" checkbox.  Your report will be saved and the additional feature for the DGAC report will be available.



Remanent and connecting AD report line items to service bulletin line items are available in the AD Scratch Pad.  To access the AD Scratch Pad, click an AD # in your report.

Remanent field will be available as a field for the AD and a new tab entitled "Service Bulletins"

Note: Service Bulletins is only available when DGAC Options are enabled.  AD Documents are available and can be used to upload pictures, logbook service records, forms, or any other documentation you want to store with a specific AD in your AD Compliance Report.

You may add a service bulletin to an AD Compliance Report that is not connected to an AD report line item.  It will print in the Service Bulletin Compliance Record section.

There are two ways to connect a service bulletin report line item to an AD report line item.

  1. If the service bulletin line item does not already exist in your report, you can add it directly from the AD Scratch Pad by clicking "+" button the Service Bulletins tab of the AD Scratch Pad page
  2. If the service bulletin line item already exists in your report, you can connect it to this AD by clicking the "Service Bulletins" tab and clicking the blue link icon.


To add a new service bulletin report line item and connect it to your AD report line item, click purple "+" button the Service Bulletins tab of the AD Scratch Pad page.

On the Add Service Bulletin to Report page, fill the fields and click the purple "+ Add to Report" button.

Note: "Type" does not print.  It is internal for organizational purposes.

This adds the service bulletin line item to your report, which will print in the Service Bulletin Compliance Record section. It also connects the service bulletin to your AD report line item, which will allow for its info to be printed on the AD report line item.

You will be returned to your AD Scratch Pad page, where the service bulletin will appear in your Service Bulletin tab.

To view the service bulletin in your AD Compliance Report, click the blue link.

In the Report Scratch Pad for the service bulletin, you can:

  1. Upload a copy of your service bulletin
  2. Edit information about your service bulletin
  3. Enter compliance information for your service bulletin.
  4. Connect other ADs to your service bulletin
  5. Unlink an AD from your service bulletin
  6. Return to the AD from which you added the service bulletin

To connect an AD line item to service bulletin line item that already exists in your report, click the "Service Bulletins" tab and clicking the blue link icon.

On the Connect page, a list of all Service Bulletin line items in your report will visible.  Click blue "Link SB" icon to connect this SB to your AD.
