To **email a copy of quote/estimate** directly to a customer, **view** the **quote/estimate** you want to email. Click "**Tools**" link in the upper right corner.![](https://help.airworthy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-04-2026-06-06-04-2841-PM.png?width=1562&height=347&name=image-png-Feb-04-2026-06-06-04-2841-PM.png)   Click "**Email Quote**" (button will say "**Estimate**" if it is an estimate) button in the Tools modal. ![](https://help.airworthy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-04-2026-06-07-07-9465-PM.png?width=464&height=371&name=image-png-Feb-04-2026-06-07-07-9465-PM.png) Quotes/Estimates will be emailed **from no-reply@airworthy.com** but you can us the **Reply To** field to **add an email that your customer can reply to**.  It will default to the email address of the user logged in. ![](https://help.airworthy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-04-2026-06-08-25-2285-PM.png?width=888&height=194&name=image-png-Feb-04-2026-06-08-25-2285-PM.png) If your customer has an **email address** in the **customer information of the quote/estimate**, the **To field** will **autofill** with that **email address**.  Otherwise, you can **type** the **email address** you would like to send the invoice to. ![](https://help.airworthy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-04-2026-06-09-14-3199-PM.png?width=887&height=325&name=image-png-Feb-04-2026-06-09-14-3199-PM.png) Type a **Subject** for your email and a **Message**. ![](https://help.airworthy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-04-2026-06-10-36-6842-PM.png?width=889&height=360&name=image-png-Feb-04-2026-06-10-36-6842-PM.png) **Reply To, To, Subject, and Message** are **required**.
