[Logbook Service Records (LSR)](https://help.airworthy.com/logbook-records-forms?hsLang=en#logbook-service-records-lsr) January 16, 2026 # Creating Saved Maintenance Releases ## You can save a library of Maintenance Release Templates Your saved Maintenance Release library is available via the "**Logbook Service Records**", "**Work Orders**", "**Quotes/Estimates**", and "**Invoices**" pages, which are each located in the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen. "**Maintenance Releases**" will be an option on the top of each of these pages: ![](https://help.airworthy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-02-2025-09-17-59-3266-PM.png?width=323&height=201&name=image-png-Jun-02-2025-09-17-59-3266-PM.png)   ![](https://help.airworthy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-02-2025-09-18-24-8752-PM.png?width=670&height=200&name=image-png-Jun-02-2025-09-18-24-8752-PM.png) Here, you can add new releases by filling in the  "+ Add New Maintenance Release" section with a quick find title and the release text itself: ![](https://help.airworthy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-02-2025-09-20-24-5576-PM.png?width=670&height=336&name=image-png-Jun-02-2025-09-20-24-5576-PM.png) For example, you might put a template for a Cessna 172 100-hour inspection that you could edit as needed. ![](https://help.airworthy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-02-2025-09-25-50-1134-PM.png?width=670&height=328&name=image-png-Jun-02-2025-09-25-50-1134-PM.png) Maintenance releases can also be added on the fly from an LSR. When within the Logbook Service Record editor, simply click on "**Maintenance Release**" and then follow the same action: ![](https://help.airworthy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-02-2025-09-26-53-1869-PM.png?width=670&height=387&name=image-png-Jun-02-2025-09-26-53-1869-PM.png)   -
