Creating an AD Report from an Aircraft Profile
The easiest way to create AD reports is directly from an aircraft profile
Open an Aircraft Profile page and click the "Actions" button. From the dropdown, select "+ Create New Report"

The aircraft and components from the Aircraft Profile show on the AD Report Prep page. The information includes times and serial numbers.

Next, add appliance ADs to the report. We recommend adding Suggesting Appliance ADs first - these are the appliances that are certificated. Click the "Action" Button in the Appliance Info Section and select "Suggested Appliance ADs" from the dropdown. You could instead choose "Select Appliance ADs" which will take to to the full list of all Appliance ADs.

Check those that apply and then click "+ Appliance ADs":

Fill out the AD information below in the report for Date/Hours at Comp; Next Due; Certs and method of compliance for all ADs. You are also able to change the sorting (new to old), delete multiple ADs, Duplicate ADs, and Omit ADs.

Once you've filled it all out, you are able to print the reports by navigating to the left navigation bar and selecting "Print Options" and then the style you prefer (FAA Style is a popular choice):

This will produce a report that you can now print for your records:

AD Reports are highly customizable. See our other articles on how to add cover sheets and Notes, Manually add appliance info (or STCs), and saving Methods of Compliance to save time.
