Users can create initial Weight and Balance forms and also update existing Weight and Balance forms as items are added (or removed) on aircraft.
1. To create a W&B form, open an aircraft profile, navigate to the "Weight & Balance" section and click the "Actions" button. Select the "+ New Weigh with CG" option from the dropdown:
2. This will open up the Weigh with CG form.
We suggest entering the Weighing Point information so as to be able to easily refer back to it. This information is not used in calculations, it is for reference only. Click the Blue Pencil Edit icon in the Weighing Point Information box.
3. Fill out the details and click "Save Changes".
4. Now add weighing points with scale readings and arms in order to calculate moments. Click each Weighing point to enter the information.
And fill out the weight and arm then click "Save Changes"
You can also add additional weighing points via the "+Add" Button. The end result might look like this:
5. Now we add the Max Gross Weight (as per the TCDS) so that we can calculate the useful load.
Useful Load = Gross Weight - (Sum of the Weighing Point Weights).
Note: If you did not create the W&B form via the aircraft profile, the TCDS will not be linked on this page.
6. To print the W&B form, click on the Print button at the top of the page:
