The system gives users the ability to convert work orders into quotes/estimates for approval. To convert a work order into a quote, fill out the work order with the discrepancies you want to convert to a quote:
Users can convert any or all discrepancies into a quote. To convert all, simply select the Tools button in the upper right and select "convert to Quote/Estimate".
You will have the opportunity to decide if this is a quote or an estimate and if you want to select several or all discrepancies to add to the quote. The selection tool will look like this, where you can select the discrepancies (hit "+ Add Selected to New Quote")
This will bring up the New Quote:
Here you can select Tools again to print quote and create a pdf document:
