Users can convert work orders into quotes/estimates for approval. To convert a work order into a quote, fill out the work order with the discrepancies you want to convert to a quote (we recommend you create the work order from your aircraft profile.)
You can convert any or all discrepancies. Select the Tools button in the upper right and click "Convert to Quote/Estimate".
You will choose if this is a quote or an estimate. You will choose whether to covert the whole work order or specific discrepancies.
If you want specific discrepancies, select them by clicking the checkboxes on the right and then click the "+ Add Selected to New Quote" button at the top.
This will bring up the New Quote (or estimate), you can see the Work Order the quote was converted from in the 'Work Orders' tab:
Here you can select Tools again to print quote/estimate
