Building an IA Activity Report
Use our IA Activity Reports to stay current
Users can use our IA Activity Report builder to build reports as evidence of work performed for any purpose, including staying current on your IA certificate.
To build an IA Activity Report, click on Forms / Checklists ->IA Activity Report on the left side navigation menu to open the IA Activity Report list.
Click on "+ New IA Activity Report" to create a report:
Put in the date range for activities to be pulled in from the system (historical records) and hit "+ Create IA Activity Report":
This will pull in activities within the date range that you can Edit, Omit, or Unomit for your report:
You can decide to show only AD Compliance Reports if you so choose, or Edit any of the items in the list view to include Aircraft Info, Date of Inspection, Place of Inspection, Make/Model, Activity, and Airworthiness Flags.
You can also add events manually as needed or required. You can edit the description of the report to make it easier to find in the list of reports as well.
Hitting the Print button up top will print the report in our standardized format. Users can choose if they want to include "Activity Source" or leave that out. It will look something like this:
