Archiving an AD Compliance Report

How to Archive Compliance Reports

The AD Toolbox allows users the ability to archive compliance reports. Archiving compliance reports can help improve usability by removing old, stale, or non-active customer aircraft AD reports.

Archiving compliance reports does the following:

  • Users retain all information contained within an archived Report
  • Archived Reports are no longer visible on you My Dashboard
  • Archived Reports are moved to the "Archived Tab" of My Reports
  • Archived Reports are moved to the "Archived" Tab of any linked customer or aircraft profile

To Archive an AD Compliance Report, simply open the AD Report and click on "Archive" on the lefthand side NavBar:

Now, this report is in the "Archived" Tab of the Aircraft Profile:
