Active users that have too many quotes building up in the system may choose to "Archive" these and hide them from view but maintain them accessible with the click of a button.
Archiving a Quote or Estimate will:
- Retain all information contained within the Quote or Estimate
- Make the Quote/Estimate no longer visible on the Member's Dashboard
- Move the Quote/Estimate to the Archived tab of My Quotes/Estimates
- Move the Quote/Estimate to the Archived tab of any linked customer or aircraft profile
- The Quote/Estimate will still remain visible in any linked invoice or work order
- Parts will remain in the Quote/Estimate and not affect any linked work order or invoice (and will not affect inventory).
To archive any quote or estimate, simply open that quote or estimate and click on the Archive button in the upper right:
To unarchive a Quote or Estimate, simply click on the Archived Quote or Estimate and click on Make Active (in the upper right):
