Similar to the article explaining how users add STCs via "manually adding appliance info" button within the AD Report Prep page, some users prefer to simply jot down the appliances and STCs as one long Misc Note.
To add these, simply navigate to your AD Report page and click on the blue pencil next to "Report Notes" and add them, for example:
