Adding Paid / Past Due Watermarks

How to print an invoice with a  PAID or PAST DUE watermark

Now that you have created an invoice, perhaps you are wondering how you might print a watermark on paid invoice or a past due invoice. Note: For internal status changes to invoices, see "How to Change the Status of an Invoice".

To print a watermark, pull up an invoice that you want to change the status on and select "Tools" in the upper right hand corner:

Next you are going to want to select "Print Invoice":

Select the "Paid in Full Watermark" or "Past Due Watermark" options:

This will pull up the invoice with the appropriate watermark applied:
