[Videos, Guides and Display](https://help.airworthy.com/getting-started?hsLang=en#videos-guides-and-display) March 12, 2026 # Adding Documents (not linked to any aircraft or form) ## We offer users the ability to add any relevant documentation to TBX Besides loading documents directly to an aircraft profile, a work order or a part, you can load documents to the document section of the task bar. First select "Documents" from the task bar.  Then click the "+ Add Document" button in the top right of the Documents screen. ![](https://help.airworthy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Dec-03-2025-03-14-53-4963-PM.png?width=670&height=290&name=image-png-Dec-03-2025-03-14-53-4963-PM.png) Next click in the "**Choose File**" button. to select the document you wish to upload.  Click the "Upload" button.  Then enter the document information in the Step 2 box - the name, date and any notes you would like.
